Shipping

We ship every Stepwell order from our New Zealand warehouse, carefully packed so your grips arrive ready to install.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm NZT ship the same business day. Orders after that, or on weekends and public holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• New Zealand: 1–3 business days (overnight to most urban areas).
• Australia: 5–8 business days.
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on orders over the threshold shown at checkout. Express options are offered at checkout where available.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
